Help the WEbook staff learn what we could be doing even better.

IRC networks can appear esoteric to those who don't understand them however there are webclients which streamline the interface, like kiwi irc - https://kiwiirc.com/

Of course if you know what IRC is you could use a client like irssi, kvirc or mirc.

Thanks Dorchie. I didn't know what IRC meant but I think I've seen some chat rooms (long time ago before the facebook era) and they were really cool.
I think that the chat might help increasing the userbase's activity.

If the staff were interested we could have an IRC server.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Relay_Chat if you're not familiar with the concept.

This would allow us to chat in real time - I wonder though, if there is a large enough userbase to have any degree of activity. In any case, IRC is a good way to have group instant messaging.

I would be really nice to have real time chats were people online could share about writing or any other topic.
