Good Day WeBook Leaders,
I've been a Webooker for many years but I feel like this site is slipping away. It doesn't seem to have any interest in coming up to the current status of our society. IE very little involvement on social media. There is still no WeBook app which I've been waiting for. Why hasn't WeBook become more aggressive to increase exposure to the site and our work?
I'm disappointed because I really enjoyed my time here but I'm not sure if it's worth my time any more.
I appreciate you addressing my concerns.
Dear WEbook writers and readers,
After five wonderful years of running WEbook.com, it is with great sadness that we have decided to close the site. We are one of the last to take this step but despite spending a huge amount of our own money, at some point the money runs out and we, like Book Country, Authonomy, Figment and many others, have been forced to make this painful decision.
The lights will be turned off for a final time on March 31st 2018, after which WEbook.com will cease to exist. Any work that you would like to retain must be downloaded from your account by midnight GMT on March 31st, 2018. Anything that is left on the site after this will be unrecoverable in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998.
Although our time with WEbook has come to an end, if you would like to make us a serious offer, now is your opportunity. Drop us a line at: email@example.com
WEbook has taken us on a wonderful journey, with a group of really talented writers. Thank you to everyone for putting so much effort into the site, and of course into each other's writing.
Just don’t stop writing because of us!
The WEbook Team
