AgentInbox does indeed allow you to see when an agent opens your submission, and which parts they read. This information in part of the "AgentInbox Tracking" upgrade, which also adds the ability to write comments on each individual query to help you better organize your queries.

From what I've read you get a message when they open the file...whether they read what's in it...

Can anybody who has actually used AgentInbox tell me if the help you get on cleaning up your query is any good? If it is, it might be worth it.
