In short

  • I am 19. I have now left my dreaded school, yet for some reason l miss it, probably because I'm leaving Kai behind. I have known Kai for over 2 years now. We were romantically associated for 1 day short of 9 months. But let's start a little earlier.

I have seen many tragedies in my life. I have seen people perish before my very eyes. I have lost those dear to me, especially William. But I think of him fondly, not tragically. I am a victim of the world. I was abused in every way possible: verbally, physically, mentally, sexually. But I have survived it all.

Now back to the present...Kai. She changed, that's all I can say. She may have ended our romance, if you could even call it that (it was more of an infatuation that had run its course, on her end), but it is she who has lost me. She took my presence for granted, but if you ask her she may say differently. But, I have washed my hands of her. She is no longer my problem. I have abandoned her, I had much to teach her of the ways of the world, yet she rejected me. (I'm not speaking sexually, she was, and still is, a very naive person. She had to learn how the world works, but she would not listen.) So now she is on her own, no matter how much others would like me to intervine. I know, I'm a cold-hearted bastard. I embrace it.
