Seeking the write life - literally. 

I was born in Portland, Oregon, but moved to New Zealand at the age of five.  I've spent my life shuttling between the two, which means I go to the bathroom when I need the loo.  To erase, I use a rubber.  "Randy" is my uncle's name AND the reason my dog is humping your leg.  The boot is a shoe, but also the back of my car - which is the trunk, but actually a piece of luggage...

In short, talking is a minefield.

No wonder I became a writer.
