About me:
I am really, really good at editing stories. Not poems, mind you. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I'm naturally prone to over analysing things so if there's an inconsistency in your story I will pick up on it and it will drive me crazy. That perfectionist jolt in my personality, which makes me good at editing, makes it hard for me to keep up a steady pace of writing. I get barely a page in and I feel the desperate need to edit. So, I get some amazing first few pages and then I lose interest and move on. Funny thing is that may be why when I decided to try to write poetry it came easily, because I have no idea how to edit poetry. I know just about nothing about poetry. Except that it sounds better on your tongue if you can get it to rhyme.

My other writing:
I like to write random musings and thoughts about what's happening in my life and in the world around me. Short essay type reflections about things that capture my attention and become my momentary focus. I naturally seem to analyse and re-analyse everything. No stone is ever left unturned, I consider just about everything about everything. I will do something and then I will wonder why I did it and if that's why I did it, then what does that say about me, do I need to change my way of thinking??? And then I obsess over it, come to a conclusion and promptly move on. My friends recieve a lot of random letters because I usually don't have an outlet in which to express such thoughts and I feel like I need a reason to write them out. And this is totally not what the above question asked... Oh well...
