  • Hunting and Gathering by Anna Gavalda (it's fantastic!).
  • Anywhere with a pretty view and a big cup of coffee is good with me!
  • Elizabeth I. Okay, so she isn't fictional. But there's been so much historical fiction written about her that I'd say it counts.
