All I ever wanted to be was a wife and mother, and that I have accomplished--in spades. But in the raising of 4 children, 5 stepchildren, and over 40 foster children, and now a growing slew of grandchildren, along with two defunct marriages, and intermittent prosperity and poverty, stability and homelessness, and having had over 65 addresses in 53 years, I have garnered a delicious rubbish-heap of fodder from which to draw colorful stories brimming with equally colorful characters.
