In short

  • Largely upbeat optimist who derives equal pleasure from hi-brow and lo-brow pursuits. I'll just as readily read OK Magazine as I'll savour The Economist. I love cats, horses and pterodactyls but, only have personal experience with the first two. I'd love to write a book but, I am a terrible procrastinator so it will be a struggle. I fundamentally believe that if something is not available on the internet I probably don't want it anyway!

  • Spending an evening with one of the guitarists from Journey and not having a damn clue who he/they were (they're not popular 'across the pond') or perhaps the evening debating which were the hottest men in a UK nightclub with Boy George aged about 19 (me, not him).
