In short

  • I'm a former touring musician.  I've performed and recorded with Kim Richey, Lady Antebellum, Garrison Starr, Katie Herzig, David St. Romaine, and John David Webster.  After working with such great songwriters, I took up songwriting myself and produced a modest EP.  My love for songwriting transformed into a love for writing fiction.  After a 13 year music career, I am back in school, chasing a degree in Creative Writing from Ball State University.  My influences include George Orwell, Ayn Rand, Chuck Palahniuk, Nicholson Baker, Kurt Vonnegut, and Janet Fitch.

  • Most of my success has been in music so far.  I now plan on becoming a published author.
