I started writing poetry when i learned that anyone could do it.  I always thought you had to be the next Poe, Frost, or Dickinson.  I just didnt think i had that talent.  I just write what comes from my heart and hopefully keep it as honest as possible without needing to have a particular iamic pentameter or such.  The more I write, the more I learn.  The more I learn, the harder I am on myself.  It can sometimes be the constant battle of self doubt that stops me.  Alas, here I am.
