Currently an exponent of OMC Syndrome [Ongoing Momentary Confusion] a condition characterized by inability to form coherent thoughts or speech, with a general sense of vagueness, which can be induced AT Will.  The latter being useful in a workplace setting to avoid accountability, responsibility and extra duties.   Very useful in meetings to evade participation.
