  My books 'Above the Dirt', 'Driven to Angst Deep', and 'Recovery' are about the many pieces of me. 
  
  My fantasy/fiction books is my Utopian look at the USA if it had been done rather differently. The string of nonfiction is the underpinnings of my story line.  The first books name is the: 'The Great Spirit's Pledge.'
  
  Yet, being the thorough literary artist that I am, to get my projects to the shelf of booksellers,

• My claim to fame: Fame what is fame?  Similar to what is in a name?  As for me, I figure I had to live up to my given name, Edith.  Indeed, how does one behave when one is saddled with an antiquated name?  They do not for that would only kill my spirit.  For I opted for the sporty, sassy, sensitive nick name, Edie.  Now, fame is a relative/subjective term.  My claim to fame is not finished yet...stick around a while, you will see how it develops.
