  I'm a junior Psychology and Creative Writing Double Major (or at least attempting to!) in college.  Poetry and fiction are my two favorite things to write.  I'm very interested in positive/inspirational poetry as a refreshing change from depressive ranting and emphasis on pain and suffering.  It's time we write about the strength of the human will to overcome our obstacles.  I have done it and gone through much pain before understanding what true optimism is, and hope that my writing or your writing can inspire others to change and believe in their own strengths.
