I've been writing since I was about nine years old, but it wasn't until recently that I discovered I could potentially make a living out of it. I was the Online Editor of my school's newspaper during my senior year and next year I start my education at the University of Missouri where I'll be... at least starting out... a journalism major.

Neil Gaiman is by far my favorite and most influential author, but long before I discovered him, Eddie Izzard had inspired me to be surreal and wordy. I happen to enjoy using "colorful" language in the things that I write, but I make an effort not to make use of it every other word unless the character or prose calls for it.
