I am a native of Houston, Texas currently residing in Asheville, North Carolina. My being here is a journey that took 50 years and lots of endings.  I arrived in a full depression and nothing holding me to choose life.  In two years after my arrival I have only begun to scratch the surface that supports the person I am becoming.

Realizing in hindsight that in giving and receiving sometimes "giving" actually means giving up.  For me it was the first serious "Love" of my life.  We met and shared 21 years of marriage and now 30 years of Love.  Between those two numbers comes everything that brings me to who I am now.

While I am and have been many things, today I am a man who still believes that "if" is the only half of life you'll never know until you do.  My if has been about sharing my gift and love of communication and writing.  What if people don't like what I share is only equal to what "if" they do.  So again I return to why I'm doing this.

I don't want to look back on my life at any "if"s that would challenge my sense of accomplishment or lack thereof.  If you find what I share interesting and worth a look then know that you've done both of us a favor and I look forward to paying it back in the same spirit I received.
