I am a National Board Certified middle school science teacher with a BA degree in Molecular and Microbiology.
With a certification in teaching middle school science.
I have done graduate work in Genetic engineering, education and technology.
Throughout my teaching career I have become certified as a  Florida Digital Educator and Mentor to teachers.

Professional/Personal Overview:
I have been interested in combining my two loves of science and young adult fiction for many years and have done so in The Guardian.  I have used my background in science and combined it with my experience and knowledge of the adolescent to create The Guardian. The Guardian is my first completed novel and I have another young adult book in the works along with several short stories.
