In short

  • i am a poet lyric writer first and foremost.
    I have been in some very good All original bands when i was in my Singer /Songwriter days.
    When  I found Comedy Improv and Music improv.
    I found my Niche, It allowed me to sing, and make up songs on the spot
    these are just some of the bigger projects i have done.
    as a Singer song writer there are other bands trios duos and  bits and pieces all over the place....these are some you might have known..

    "The Grip"  political and all original  nu wave band  1980's (lot's of other bands and songs for others)
    "The Amazing Onion Heads."   All Original Sketch Comedy show, wrote parody songs and  wrote and performed sketches 1990'S
    THE FORTUNE ROOM Improv lounge show everything thing we said or sang we made up on the spot. 2001-2008
    and now, yet again,
     the future begins....
    keeping myself in flex.
    isn't that what the
    yogi's say?
    you are as young as your
    bend ability...

    but oh
    silly me...
    sometimes
    i moan and i cry
    oh
    po' me
    and i lay down
    for days
    and wallow.

    until my mind can take no more
    the prison
    i have built.
    of invisible clouds
    escaping the truth
    and chosing
    whom to please...
    a prisoner of my own guilt.
    mind unaware of
    what the heart has
    endured,
    mixed up
    in dreams
    and what
    I ought....
    and then out of nowhere
    relief from fear.
    i remember
    i am just one soul
    here
    with everyone.
    all trying to figure it out.
    i grab my artistry and I shout...
    fuck you corporate america
    leave me alone...
    I just wanna write and sing my songs
    and make  up characters,
    so you can laugh...
    you do the math.
