Hola. My Name is Laura. Although, I've often wished for a less common name, such as Keyla, as it is more unique and would minimise a large amount of mistaken identity embarrassment that inevitably arises when there are at least 3 other people of your namesake who habit regularly your daily haunts. Amyway, I shall tell you about me. I have always been an avid reader and loved most forms of literature that I can get my hands on. As a child, I used to write heaps of stories and poetry and thoroughly enjoyed doing so, with the ambitions of one day becoming a writer/travel-journalist. However, I have to admit, in recent years I had become so caught up in doing well at school, both writing and reading have taken a backseat as I concentrate on squashing my creativity with studying and any desire to write with a truckload of essays. Not only that, my ambitions have changed somewhat and I want to be a clinical psychologist. However I still have a deep love of reading and writing literature that has being laying dormant inside me for the last year or so and really want to get back into it. I have just finished year 11 and don't go back for my final year until February. In that time I have planned to write at least one story and learn spanish among other things, lol! However, in the story's sake, I just did not know where to start and stumbling upon this website became the perfect broom the clear the cobwebs from my dusty imagination.
