About me:
I havwe been writing for more than 40 years. When it comes to writing fiction I see myself as an entertainer, and my stories are my performances. As and entertainer, I am a natural comedian and when I am writing, this joker is wild.
My claim to fame:    I have been writing for more that 40 years. In all that time, I've only managed to sell one short story, for which I was paid a total of $5.20. I did not frame the check. I instead invested the proceeds in a breakfast at I-Hop; so the most practical advice I'd give to any aspiring writer is this: No matter how good you are, don't quit your day job.
   I have also written an article, that is going to appear next month, in my Church Congregation's newsletter. After 40 years, something I've written, is finally going to be read by people who know me personally.
    For the past two years, I have been writing fanfiction stories, mostly based on the TV series Buffy: the Vampire Slayer. They are all posted on fanfiction .net, where my pen name is also MrBillyD.
    As of January 1, 2012, I have two published novels, that I originally posted here on webook, now available at amazon.com. They are titled, "We the People Are Good to Eat" and "A Gatored Community". For the author's name I've used my real name William D'Andrea
