In short

  • Hey, it's Peeled! I don't think it's necessary to tell you how much I love to read and write, considering I'm here. I heard about WEbook from a member of my favorite writing site, One Million Monkeys Typing (1000000monkeys.com) Please take a look. We love new monkeys.

I'm entering high school in, I guess, less than two months. Am I excited? A bit.. Sounds like a great school. Small classes, which I like. There are only about seventy-five people in all four grades combined. But, high school is hard work. Plus I no longer have recess to read during, only lunch. I've been reading all through recess and lunch for the past few years.

I am a lover of literature. I don't read much modern young adult fiction, but I read a few Black-Eyed Susans last year. It was lighter reading than I was used to, but it was very amusing. I don't read teenage girl books, except for I DID read Twilight. As I say later on in this profile, I am, however, not a super mega obsessive Twi-fan and please do NOT yell at me. Thanks.

I love jigsaw puzzles. Working on a 3,000 piece undersea scene in my lair (the basement) where no one disturbs me. Then again, it's also the hideout of scary old edamame (a yummy bean-type thing. EH-duh-MAW-mee) shells.

I enjoy memorizing poetry. My favorite poets are Ogden Nash, Lewis Carroll, and T.S. Eliot.

    I love crabs.

    I love John Steinbeck.

I hate my sister more than words can say. I think the relationship goes beyond even NORMAL sibling rivalry!

    I'm Jewish.

I'm autistic; I have Asperger's Syndrome. Thus, I have a high IQ and a low EQ.

I'm eager to finish this profile and explore the site!

  • ?? I am an aspiring writer and pianist. But mostly just writer. :)

My Favorites: Reading and Writing

  • The Grapes of Wrath

    East of Eden

    Gone with the Wind

    Flowers for Algernon

    The Story of Edgar Sawtelle

...It goes on. I'd recommend all of the above and more. That last one, it's an unbelievable piece of adult fiction... which my mother gave me to read in sixth or seventh grade. Read it, read it, read it.

Well, I belong to four other writing sites, if that's what you mean.

writing.com- it's stupid, do not go there, I never do.

Protagonize- great, big, check it out

    Ficly-  for short pieces

One Million Monkeys Typing (1000000monkeys.com)- my favorite

Also, before I got online I did a ton of unfinished stories in various journals. I also invent codes in those.
