Born 1947   Brisbane,   
Hated going to school as a child.  Didn't learn to read until I was 23 years old.  Still do reversals when reading and writing.  
 Died in 1969 after my appendix burst and I come back to life .  Spent three months recovering and learning to read. 
Twelve years later I had an Arts Degree.  The best thing I did at Uni was creative writing.   Also I had a new wife and two rug rats during that time.

 I have three grown up children.  Jim, Mary and Tina. The middle one is tying the knot this year.  She is 23 .
 
 I am a carpenter but because of poor work opportunities, in 1973, I landed a job as a wards man in the local hospital.  Have been there ever since.  I have held many positions in the hospital and have always changed positions at my own discretion.

My Wife is a nurse.
