I'm not only into writing. I am also into photograhy and baking home made cookies, cakes, cobblers and fostings. I guess you could say I'm talented but the way I see it, I have something to keep me busy.
Trust me, If I was taller I would be a model. Me being a model is sorta an oxymoron since I'm in noway into fashion. I'm not that "girly girl" type. I have my own sense of style. However, given my current 5 foot 4 frame I am certain my height was given to me for a reason, other than genetics. Duh!
In case you're curious of the story of how I came up with my Penname here it goes: I was watching old reruns of the Cosby Show back in the winter of 2001 and around that same time I was searching for a creative name to open up a new email account with. However, while I wasn't thinking of a creative name the word Smooch jumped out at me. The cousin on the Cosby's (played by Erika Alexander) was hanging out with her boyfriend and he called her by her nickname which happened to be Smooch. I thought the given nickname was so pretty so, I decided to adopt the name for myself. And plus this was one of those "it came to me" rather "I've gone to it" situations. And every since I seen that episode the name Smooch just stuck with me. - I was always a writer at heart, but after getting bored with it, I put it away, and acted as though my talent didn't exist until I started reading Chocolate Covered Forbidden Friut by Trista Russell. Trista Russell restored my creative outlet and I've been working on my own stories every since. One day I will have my books on the shelves of Barnes & Noble, Borders, and B. Dalton. And Amazon.com, without saying. However, having my books grace the shelves is my ultimate creative accomplishment.
