In short
- Once, when I was unfortunate enough to work at a bank, I disarmed and frustrated a group of bank robbers called the screwdriver gang - all with my bare hands. The adrenalin from having a shotgun pointed at my nose did something unusual to me; it gave me some sort of mutant courage. So rather than wet my pants, and wind up needing six months of post traumatic stress disorder counseling like my co-workers, I took decisive action. The first thing I did was bash the guy with a shot gun over the head with a massive stapler and while he was falling to the floor I grabbed a fist full of one dollar coins and hurled them in the face of another shotgun totting robber who instinctively put his hands-up to protect his face. At the same time I grabbed the whitepages and dove on him while repeatedly pounding his face with the phone book. Both guys were knocked unconscious. But now the rest of the gang were coming at me with philips screwdrivers in their hands and giving me menacing looks through the slits of their stocking masks. I grabbed one shot gun and squeezed the trigger but it was empty. I fired the other gun but it was empty too so I bolted through the door to the back office and slammed the roller door button so we were all locked in, no one could escape - I had turned it into a cage fight. I ran to the kitchen and filled up two cups of boiling hot water and waited around the corner. As they ran through the door I threw the cups in the faces of two of them causing them to wail in pain. The last robber freaked out and ran out to the roller door to try and escape. Before the rest of the gang got going again I led the bank staff and customers into the toilets and locked the door from the inside so no one could get in. The gang searched for the button to open the roller door but by the time they found it the police had arrived.
