Member of the Palm Springs Art Museum Artists Council, recent writing and painting credits include Decrucifixion – DEKRUSIFIKACIJA, gradjanskiparlament.rs/, Serbian Kultur Zine and two solo art exhibitions in Palm Springs (2009) and Hollywood (2008)..
Brien’s screenplay Road Yin won First Place at The Palm Springs Writer’s Guild Contest in 2001, while her work was sold at the Whoopie Goldberg and Shirley MacLaine Art Auction, and exhibited at the UCLA Fowler Museum of Cultural History for the Premiere of Signs of Times (Marija Gimbutas, archeologist and author of The Language of the Goddess), -- event sponsored by UCLA Women’s Studies, Women’s Heritage Project and Bellili Productions.
Paintings from The Goddess Journey series were part of Women in Contemporary Art, a 90’s juried exhibition by Judy Freeman, Associate Curator of LACMA.
