In short

  • You truly are a cold flame, burning, yet giving no warmth

I like to write, I like to write like I am sure everyone else on this website does, that or they like to read. I like both. I read pretty much everything, it's what makes me happy. You know that feeling when you get a good book and you're reading it and something amazing happens? Or something just awesome, and you can't help but smile because from this moment on you're in love with that moment and it will stick in your mind forever, i believe all books should do that. If you're on my bookshelf and I love you there needs to be a moment that I can just quote, ya know? A moment i just love that much that whenever i see that book i think of it and i know exactly what happens. That is a good book, i hope to be someone who has written one of those one day. I hope to one day be a book on your bookshelf.

Quotes from John Greens The Fault In Our Stars (chapter one reading, the book isn't out yet, i'm getting a signed copy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_vFvbfn9Fs&list=FL9JdoTRWubAxwk4qw8Z534A&index=2&feature=plpp_video so that's John Green reading to youxxx)

Depression is not a side effect of cancer, depression is a side effect of dying. Cancer is also a side effect of dying, almost everything is really- Hazel Grace Lancaster- The Fault In Our Stars- John Green

"How are you feeling?" asked Patrick
"Oh I'm grand," Augustus Waters smiled with the corner of his mouth, "I'm on an elevator that only goes up, friend."- The Fault In Our Stars- John Green

"I fear oblivion," he said without a moments pause, "I fear it like the proverbial blind man that's afraid of the dark."- Augustus Waters- The Fault In Our Stars- John Green

"There will come a time," I said, "When all of us are dead. All of us. There will come a time when there are no human beings remaining to remember that anyone ever existed or that our species ever did anything. there will be no one left to remember Aristotle or Cleopatra let alone you. Everything that we did and built and wrote  and thought and discovered will be forgotten and all of this," I gestured encompassingly, "Will have been for naught. Maybe that time is coming soon or maybe its millions of years away but even if we survive the collapse of our sun we will not survive forever. there was time before organisms experienced conciousness, and there will be time after. And if the inevitability of human oblivion worries you I encourage you to ignore it. God knows everyone else does."- Hazel Grace Lancaster- The Fault In Our Stars- John Green

    We were told that we're alone in this world;
And we look up into the skies, but the sky doesn't hear us,
    The sky doesn't heed us

One of the greatest moments in movie history:

    Sam Wise The Brave

Sam: It’s like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were. And sometimes you didn’t want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it’s only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something, even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots chances of turning back only they didn’t. They kept going because they were holding on to something.

Frodo: What are we holding on to, Sam?

Sam: There’s some good in this world, Mr. Frodo. And it’s worth fighting for.

    Invictus
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

    This Shore: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrWVuRsT0Xw
A wave in wet paint on metal,
Wet orange reflections, captured light set forever.
Wet paint is like brick in this city.
The sky is made of air,
The doors are made of wood,
And the heads are made of paint.

I am thinking about and have planned a little of Eleven Kingdoms, hence the fact that I already have a name for it and know what is going to happen, but the story is complex and would be best written when/if my writing improves.

Shadow-The City Of Light, will most likely be three, I am actually writing the first one which is a change from the others. I have a plan that shows what could happen if I did three, otherwise it will just be the one or I will do a second, no more than three though, thats if I get through number one first though.

A Life of Shadow- Stories about Elle's life before The City of Light, when in order it will end with the prologue to The City of Light as the Epilogue to Life of Shadow. I am not writing them in any particular order and the one I have written ends with that Epilogue

Enjoy please, reviews are not so much wanted as they are needed but I would like them, they make me happy, and they are a great help seeing as asking people I know kind of guarantee's a nice review
