I am engaged with two young children who often help me with my writing by distracting me. Yes that sounds odd but often, the break created by dealing with getting a drink and a snack for them, can rearrange things in my mind and help me with writing difficulties.
I am currently out of work - I'm a Teacher - so writing fills in the gaps, you never know I might be able to get a few things published!
I have been on Webook for over a year and I've made quite a few friends over that time. I have also written more and contributed to various projects - My favourite project is WTF? Daily, which is into it's 13th Edition and shows no signs of stopping, in fact it appears to be getting faster!
I like to write Fantasy and Sci - Fi but I do stretch off into horror, crime and vampires from time to time - sometimes even in the same story! I like writing poetry only for my own enjoyment.
Please DO NOT ask me to review poetry as I am unable to give you a comment beyond whether I liked it or not.
I've just had two short stories published in different Anthologies by the House of Horror E-zine -
A Happy Haunted House - Mausoleum Memoirs.
So that's How The Cookie Crumbled! (Aka The Biscuit that Bit Back.) - Creature Features.
If you are interested in purchasing a copy of the Anthologies that include these stories, you can order yourself a copy right now, by visiting the book shop at http://www.houseofhorror.org.uk
I also have my own website if you're interested -

There's a Blog, Forum, Bookshop and other wierd and wonderful pages to discover! -
I write for many reasons but the main one is because Piers Anthony TOLD me to!
*giggles*
Well actually I write to get all the ideas out of my head but as fast as I do, it fills back up again, so I'm not sure it's working! I'm fairly prolific and I had a Short Story published in "Mausoleum Memoirs" recently.
I have one finished Fantasy novel series, a finished Vampire / Werewolf Novella and quite a few poems - although I AM NOT A POET... I am a NOET and proud of it...
Oh, BTW, Piers Anthony really did encourage me to write properly back when I was a teenager. So if I manage to get a whole book published, I'll be sending him a copy as a "Thank You"...
My Projects
