In short

  • I've been published a dozen times in one magazine and three newspapers, and have netted an earth-shattering $150 (for the magazine article).

I have a penchant for generating great ideas, doing nothing with them, and then watching woefully as someone with half my brain power virtually become a third world economy. "Girls Gone Wild" is a prime example.

I'm a college grad - Magna Cum Laude - who can see the poverty line just below my toes from my toil stand at my job in a thrift store.

I'm a confirmed bachelor who's on his second marriage, and am a father and grandfather.

I love telling stories, giving my opinion, and putting forth analysis of complex issues that I know nothing about.

I love to write. But, to be honest, I'm not as concerned with writing the great American Novel as I am with making a financially stress-free living with my work.

Thank you for taking the time to read about me.

  • I'm a recovering cocaine addict. But then, that's the claim to fame for hundreds of millions of people. I might not be famous for it, but I am extraordinarily proud. I've been absolutely clean - with no relapses - for one year, six months, and sixteen days.

My Favorites: Reading and Writing

  • Fiction: Action/Adventure, Crime, Erotica, General, Humor/Satire, Mystery, Novella, Short Story, Thriller/Suspense

    Non-Fiction: African-American, Business/Money, Humor, Philosophy, Sex & Relationships

Screenplay: Action, Comedy, Crime, Documentary, Drama, General, Sci-Fi, Thriller

  • The Temple Of My Familiar by Alice Walker. In Cold Blood by Truman Capote. The World According to Garp and The Cider House Rules by John Irving. Many more, too numerous to name.
  • Dying For Revenge by Eric Jerome Dickey. Double Cross by James Patterson.
  • The bedroom. I can read erotica, and then attack my wife when she enters the room.
  • I have a collection of ten short stories titled: A Smoking Deadly Summer In Indy. All ten stories are lurid, compelling, and have twist endings.

I've completed the first draft of a novel titled: Relationships In Convenience. Three high school friends reunite after twenty years, but their separate lives take severe sexual, criminal, and surprising turns after the reunification.

I've also written articles for Today's Black Woman Magazine, The Indianapolis Star, and The Indianapolis Recorder.
  • Fiction: Action/Adventure, Erotica, Mystery, Novella, Short Story

Non-Fiction: Humor, Philosophy, Politics & Current Affairs

    Screenplay: Action, Comedy, Drama, Thriller

  • Life Malone. He's a dark character in two of the stories from A Smoking Deadly Summer In Indy: The Kissing Lesson, and For The Love Of Meena.
  • I don't really have a favorite author. I just like good books.
