I'm still here!  I am a winner in  my life. I won a Coca-Cola  Nascar Ride Along Contest. My husband Jim and I got to spend a week at the Embassy Suites in Atlanta and a ride for us both with Coca- Cola Nascar Drivers. I have injuries in my neck and back and could not honestly ride along after reading the disclaimer. As an ordained minister ; their is no option to lie. I could have never signed a document that was not truth. I had the most most wonderful week of someone else lovingly making me an omlet each morning. Coca-Cola picked up the tab for everything. We spent lots of time with the Nascar Drivers. Jim rode with Tony Stewart and has an amazing picture of them together with the Coke Car. I am so very impressed with Coca- Cola. Every day was filled with fun. A ll of the Coca-Cola staff love their company and are treated as highly respected members of an elite team. Every thing was first class! I enjoyed meeting the drivers, God Bless Them, some are younger than my children. Sir Richard Petty also sponsered the event with rides from the Richard Petty Drivng School. My favorite memory of this amazing vacation was one morning when we were running late to the Atlanta Racetrack, we had a full police escort for our busses driving down the middle of the road as fast as the bus would go. Every other driver was forced off the road on both lanes by the Atlanta Police Escort. Drivers were all stopped on both sides of the highway and we saw quite a few finger expressions that were not the Peace sign.  I have been escorted by the police before as a teen; no fun came from that ride. I can honestly say that I had the best police escort Ive ever had and  the whole journey was amazing. I am planning to e-bay my ticket with Kyle Petty's Signature . All proceeds except what e-bay charges me will go to the Camp Junction Kids Organization that  the Petty family started and operate. They pay for special needs and terminal children and their families to the Petty  home Compound  for several weeks. I have great admiration for the Petty family . They have everything at the camp that any child or adult ( me) could possibly want to experience. I'd love to be a part of the Camp staff.  All of these brave drivers have groups they support. Tony Stuart raises money for Autism.  I had an amazing vacation and also won $1,000.00. The money went to pay our property taxes.  I am extremely impressed with the Coca- Cola Corporation. . Every staff member we met loved the company they were employed by. How often does that happen anymore.? We had our own conference room filled with the entire line of Coca-Cola beverages at our disposal. As a self admitted Coca- Cola fiend; I had  access to many beverages and  enjoyed all of the beverages that were set up in a vendors fridge. We got all kinds of cool Coca- Cola products that are not available any where . We were treated like royality. For Jim, it was a dream come true and a blessing to me. I will always cherish the wonderful people we met.
