In short

  • After a series of unanticipated, life-changing events, I decided to pursue writing. I've always been a passionate reader and writer, but with the exception of a few newspaper articles, and writing copy for business purposes, I never seriously tried my hand at the latter. Better late than never, as they say.

    I am a business executive who works within the construction industry, and mother of two daughters. My educational background is in English and Journalism, but most of what I've learned has come from living a challenging, but ultimately very rewarding life.

    My daughters keep telling me it's never too late to be what you want when you grow up. Here's hoping they're right ....
