I've been writing for as long as I can remember. My favorite pieces have been satires for local newspaper articles, (unfortunately, in a small town people don't always understand them). I'm currently writing two books and considering a third one. None of them have been finished, although I am proud to say I have completed thirteen chapters on one of them which is much longer than I've ever gotten!
I would love to become an author and I try to take creative writing courses to help me expand my imagination. However, I find that I am continually being called a difficult student because I tend to ask questions (ha!) and I write whatever I want to. Besides, it seems to me that the average fictional writing instructer tries to tame the creativity inside of the student and makes the student write like the teacher (which should be illegal).
I love to write just about anything. My books in progress include a drama/suspense, a comedy, and a romantic something or other (not sure what to call it since it's not a romance novel really, just a love story -- I thought it would be a nice change of pace to not want to kill off one of the main characters).
Any comments are welcome! Of course, any writer would love compliments, but constructive criticism can be just as flattering and helpful at the same time. In fact, I would rather people be completely honest about the things they didn't like instead of being afraid to hurt my feelings. If that were the case, I would never become a better writter!
**Just a note: If you read my writing and you wonder "what in the world is WRONG with this girl?!" I swear I suffer no ailments other than a demented mind and an addiction to mildly disturbing books. I laugh and smile all the time and have many friends that I haven't scared off...(yet) and I promise you I have never tortured small animals. With that said, read on and enjoy!
After a very long hiatus, I'M BACK! I am currently attending Devry University studying Game Simulation and Programming. My purpose? To utilize this site for my design documents! Are they games you would like to play? Are they competely idiotic? Both? No reservations!!!
- Being that crazy woman who wrote a whole bunch of nonsense about nothing in particular.

Well I'm not sure if you've ever worked full time while going to school full time but sadly I haven't had time to read any FUN books lately...Does a programming text book count? No? I didn't think so...But I do have the motivation and means to read "The girl with the dragon tattoo" which I am very excited to start...at some point :-)
