  • Currently I am working on either a new story as the mood strikes me or part two of the "Blood and Lilac" series or hopping back to "The Seer Sphere."

In short

  • Ok, I'm not going to list everything I can about me because that'd be a book in-and-of itself.  So instead I'll say this:  The last English Prof I had wanted us to use one word to describe ourself.  Mine was Paradox.

  • Not many can say they've single  handedly saved and nearly destroyed the same life... nothing to be proud of I know, but its something.

More importantly though, I had true love.  I say had because my wife passed in November of 2009.  She was the most amazing woman ever to have existed and I didn't deserve to know her let alone be with her for the time that we had.  That, I think, is the most important thing I've ever done.

  • I haven't seen anyone put this yet but it can't be just me, as bad as it is, the bathroom.  No distractions!
  • Lots of stuff when I was younger, some of which I'm revisiting.  I've tried fantasy, poems, essays, short stories, horror, and sci-fi.  Nothing strikes me as being my best so I'm open to suggestions.

Almost two years ago I finished what was then called "The Lone Man" and have renamed it "Blood and Lilacs."  Last year I finished my first long piece, a novella entitled "The Chronicle of Tom Avery."  I have yet to really rework either of these but am waiting to do so.  I also have a few short stories done and on here and a few other stories and story ideas in the works.
