The doctor admitted him to hospital but he had his own agenda.  Many people became involved in his life after that but eventually suicide seemed the best solution.  He killed himself.  And wasn't present for the effect it had on his family. For the cover up that the doctor did. For the hospital cover up. Or for the young doctor who was the whistleblower and doing so ruined his own career. Eventually the young doctor figured that corruption is common in all institutions.  He learned from this how alcohol and suicide danced together and how it influenced the doctors, nurses and patient. Further suicide was like a bomb self detonated that left everyone around wounded. The young doctor looks back at the devastation of that day and sees a kind of 9-11 microcosm of social terrorism in a different kind of cry for help.  Has anything changed.  Less
