If you would really like a ton of quality feedback to improve your work, and you're prepared to work to get it, then look no further.  Please submit only your best work that you feel truly has a chance to "go somewhere," and read and follow the rules.  Yes, to get feedback, you're going to have to give it.  But we know that's how the system should work anyways, and we're just cementing the process here.  So without further ado, the rules:

Each author may submit a maximum of five pieces AFTER he/she:

-Reads, and leaves quality feedback on at least eight other submissions for each piece you submit, or as many submissions as there are if there are less than eight.  If you submit before there are eight, I would appreciate it if you would come back later to "fill your quota." 
Basically, this means that if you want to submit five pieces, you first need to leave forty feedback.  I never said this would be easy. 

-Quality feedback means saying something that will help the author write a better piece.  One liners are not acceptable.  Constructive criticism is what we're looking for here.  At least two paragraphs of it.  You know what's really helpful.  What would you like to receive? Especially with prose, we are looking for sentence structure, grammar suggestions, plot critiques, etc.  PLEASE no one-liners.  If your feedback is habitually useless, I will have dragons crisp you. 

-Please try to leave feedback on the pieces with less.  This will even it out and ensure that everyone gets their fair share. 

-I would like this to go into an upcoming vote cycle, so please pay attention to your feedback and make your work the best it can be.  That's what this is here for, everyone.
