Born in Darkness

Rayn Summers is a member of an elite guard created in order to protect the realms from the spreading Darkness and preserve the Balance.

The Balance is a force that lives within all things throughout the universe and within each of the three realms. After being trained all her life to be a warrior of Light as a member of the Arkane Guard, Rayn Summers finds that she is the key in the never ending struggle of keeping the Darkness at bay and the Light in check. For the Balance is neither Dark nor Light; it is neither heads nor tails. It is the combination of these elements working in harmony.

I could really use comments and feedback about what i have so far. I am planning are rewriting this when I'm done, but for now I just want to get the basic story down on paper, so to speak.

This is a rewrite of concept I was working on a several years ago... I am now planning on rewriting this rewrite. SO, not that anyone is reading this, but eventually there will be a lot of changes happening.
