I have been always intrigued by the way traditonal society has functioned throughout the years. They have gone through disasters, wars between tribes and colonialism. I beleive one of the uniting forces for many of these societies have been the factor that they are able to make fun of each other with satiral moments.

I beleive one of the uniting forces for many of these societies have been the factor that they are able to make fun of each other with satiral moments.

In my book I wish to record some of the satires, jokes and funny stories that make them to be funny and at the same time life is enjoyed. Such comedies are told in groups either by the fire, over a meal, having a drinking party or by farming and after work.

I intend to record these comedies by way of interviewing young people, women old men and friends of the men or women who have passed on. There are people who are great orators who are and were known to expound on such comedies and can really spin yarns which kept the audience interested and focussed.  Less
