Drawn in by the scent of magic, she attends a human high school called Pierce Valley High in disguise to find its source. But even an ambitious rebel such as Nico is finding it hard to stay determined after months of searching.

Rumor has it, though, that there’s a witch in Pierce Valley eating the souls of the townspeople at night. There have been up to three reported attacks on the village so far. To her excitement, this is just the lead that Nico needs. However, there’s more than meets the eye to this mystery, and more than magic at stake.
