"Deeper Into the Darkness"

When we are all alone in this life, and we see no light at the end of the tunnel, only tears and heartache remain, we slip away deeper into the darkness.

This project is a collection of poems that would probably make you cringe, have nightmares, or, just make you want to cry. I have been through so much in my life already, more than any one should be able to handle, so not all of my poems are happy. This is me, hiding away in the darkness with a pen and paper. Also.....this project is set to "public" by error, PLEASE do NOT write in this project, it is meant for me to write in only! Thank you for your cooperation!!!

You know Miss Neela If you want to keep it so as other people can't post up work on here. You could always go back and change the project settings so that you're the only author on it.

Then you wouldn't have to go through all the trouble of deleteing the other works put up here.

When I read this girls work in this project I cannot but wonder at the innate inner strength that still shines through the darkness like a beacon. Althought there is despair and hurt blacker than the darkest night, there is sometimes a ray of hope which is that strength shining from the authors heart, like a lamp lighting the path to better things to come. Unless they have been there themselves, the reader could never have imagined that such hurt could exist within one heart and mind. It is a great privilege to be able to share this with the author; it cannot always have been easy to open up the soul to reveal such feelings to others. But for those of us who read this work, we can gain from such strength. Our own lives will never be the same again; no situation so black, no hurt so immense; for another has gone through hells which make our own troubles seem like unto heaven - and survived. May the knowledge that your own experiences will serve to strengthen others add to your own strength and give you happiness.
