My three best/favored poems from my project "Love and Life Poems". These are poems I have written when dealing with struggles in my love life, including the one titled "Spring Garden". My three best/favored poems from my project "Love and Life Poems". These are poems I have written when dealing with struggles in my love life, including the one titled "Spring Garden". I ended things with someone who made me feel that way and when it happened a second time with someone else I was able to look back and see how this poem relates even more to this other person I ended things with.
"Who's Love?" is about my best friend who told me after I expressed my feelings to someone who liked me back, that she liked him and she got mad at me for it, I was very upset because he liked both of us and she had known I already told him yet to this day she is like a sister to me and I don't talk to the guy anymore.
"I Can't Say Goodbye" is me wanting to tell my ex, also my first boyfriend that I still love him, that I miss him but he won't even talk to me, I am like a statue to him, one he likes to criticize behind my back but I feel like when he looks at me there is still something there, like the last time he said "I love you" and things were over between us already. Of course I regretted breaking up with him and that's what this poem shows.  Less
