Dragonglide: The Book Of The Game
It was said that as each dragon exploded in flames it was instantly reborn elsewhere, but Dag could not believe. He would seek the truth, wherever that might take him.
Dragons wheeled interminably overhead, killing and being killed, yet seemingly never diminishing in number. Dag had heard the tale that as each dragon exploded in flames it was instantly reborn elsewhere, still airborne and lusting for revenge; but he could not believe. Still less could he believe the poetic myths about the great blue sky-box that supposedly lay above the omnipresent grey mist; but he knew he had to see the truth for himself. Thus began his quest, to fly with the dragons.
