This book is well rounded and nicely written (grammatical errors aside). You've achieved a nice balance of sexual themes, there's something for everyone; generally speaking of course. I think you should take it further, write more chapters, delve into the fettish world, the gay/lesbian scene, etc. I guess that's my only real criticism. There are five levels of hell, yet all of the fantasies are pretty vanilla as far as the realm of common fantasies goes. You have the perfect setting here to really push the limits.
