After teaching adult ed classes on the subject of Real Estate...'for the rest of us', a number of present and former students asked if I had any 'textbooks' on the subjects covered in the classes. From that came my first and second eBooks.
In the course of serving for more than twenty-five years as a [volunteer] member and chairman of a Los Angeles City Councilman’s Planning and Zoning Community Advisory Council, the author has experienced, first-hand, the workings of City and County governments as they relate to Real Property.
In that pool of knowledge is the insight to know what you can and cannot do in the Real Estate realm. Perhaps more importantly though is knowing where to go and how to achieve an objective.
