The work is a compilation of genuine fears most of which have been exaggerated to be more humorous than they already are.  There are 25 chapters. My sister is an artist and would draw an appropriate representation of each fear (caricature). The last chapter is not meant to be humorous. It is a more serious, legitimate fear that the author has included. If not considered appropriate, it could be removed and replace with another humorous one.
