Poor eating is more about poor education and discipline, poor habits and poor sense of self worth than it is about lack of available quality food or money to pay for it.
In this recipe book are over 60 recipes - some take up to an hour to prepare... others can be on the table and in the stomach within the hour. Each recipe is a foundation of quality food prepared simply, and aimed toward retaining as much nutritional value as cooking food allows. There are salad recipes that make the most of both worlds - offering raw food goodness and good food sustenance, great taste and a wealth of nourishment.
While the majority of recipes favour a vegetarian outlook, there are suggestions on how to incorporate meats into some of the meals.
Food is for nourishment of the body, of the cells... taste and haste are a close second - taste, in that it should quite simply taste good, and haste in that no food should take so long to prepare that it makes convenience foods seem much more appealing. The BEST "restaurant" can be found in your own kitchen IF you are willing to invest a little time in learning to appreciate your health, your body and the power of good food recipes.
