In That Old Shoebox

Just a few of my poems from when I was younger and things that are on my mind. I used to keep all my poems crumpled up in a shoebox so no one would find them(:

Here is a collection of poetry I've done randomly throughout the year, most of which are for my grandfather, whom I called 'Mampy', who just recently passed away. <3

Sorry, my last comment did not make much sense. I was commenting on the poem 'New Year'.

As for 'Remnants of You': This poem is fantastic! I do have to mention that I love the length of your poems. When the length of a poem is immense I am usually turned off by its monotonousness.

Your last poem 'Bedtime Story' is very nice as well. Great job on all your pieces. Thumbs up!!

This sounds very nice. I do have to say the last few lines are awkward with their flow, but all in all this was a great poem.

New Year is short and sweet.

Remnants of you was great and had a very emotional feeling to it. I also like how you packed in so many memories in just a few lines of poetry.

Bedtime Story had some good imagery and a clever ending.

I like how you finish off a poem, you start off well and maintain it's strength, but the endings just compliment so well, nicely put together, my votes a yes Dante
