With this in mind it is my intent to tell the story of the founding in the novella form. For those of you unfamiliar with a novella it is a narrative work of fiction longer then a short story and shorter then a novel. As this writing will not include interviewing other people around at the time of the founding it will include opinions of events that may not be entirely based on fact, for this reason it is essential to take the spirit of what is being said, understand it is one persons point of view thus again fitting the novella’s fiction basis so in short do not go out and try this on your own without looking for more detail.

I do apologize in advance for violating the temporal logic of founding a company because while it may seem modal in nature the understanding of the same is not. Temporal logic in itself always has the ability to go down a timeline, but when a period of time has gone by we are able to go back and reevaluate the events. So what seemed logical at first under further examination some items will not remain true and to not let the reader realize when this was discovered would just not feel right. Less
