These letters don't necessarily have to tell a story; in fact, it's usually better if they don't. Mostly, they're just a medium for which you (or I) can my vent your (or my) frustration about anything and everything that tickles your (or my) fancy. And oh, how I love my fancy to be tickled.

My only piece of advice - if you're going to get political, as I often do myself, you might want to preface your letter so those who might be offended will have the opportunity not to read it at all. That being said...if you have been warned and you read it anyway and get offended - too bad. I don't want to hear any complaining. Furthermore, the above advice is merely a guideline, not a rule, and I don't need to deal with anyone getting cranky because their precious little feelings got hurt by someone else having the audacity to exercise their right to free speech.

Profanity is fine. I encourage you to use it as freely as you please.

I of course will not tolerate letters expressing any sort of racism or prejudice against a group for their sexual orientation, religion, you know, all the biggies. That's gross. Take it elsewhere.
