I like the introduction to your story. It sounds rather fascinating as I plan to read more.
But might I suggest a few things. The two introductions you have on here kind of repeat the same thing. While the first one gives a general idea of what its about the second one goes into the story more.
This part of the book is where people who are just scanning through the projects can get an idea of what your writings about. So you might want to remove one or find a way to combined the two.
Example: Based on the fact that I havent read any of it yet, so bare with me on being acurate on what your trying to portray okay : )
While trying to prove that the planets circle the sun, Les (last name) is on the from these strange Frog Men. Join Les as he tries to escape the Frog Men's grasp as he sets out to complete the task his late sister had attempted. The one thing that troubles him is he doesn't know who to trust, or who to run from any more.
Les knows he has to keep running, or disappear. Just like his sister, but he won't go out like her. The quickest, fastest, dirtiest way to get her work done is to get picked up on a pirate ship.
But what he doesn't know...
