Carson City, New York. Statisically the United States worst city for serial crimes. The SCU (Serial Crime Unit) a divison of the FBI based in Carson City, their job, to rid Carson City of Serial Killers.

Special Agent Ethan Thomas has been sent to investiagte a murder at one of the five high schools in the Carson City area. As he digs deeper into the victims past he beings to piece together vital clues that lead to him to uncover the sinister story behind the murders. All is not as it seems.
