A girl goes on her last summer holiday with her family to the English seaside.

Stella Cooper is about to turn eighteen and go off to university but her parents insist on dragging her along on one last family holiday to the seaside.  Stella always thought herself mature, completely in control and like most teenagers, honestly thought that she knew enough about life to go out and live it for real; this trip lets her know otherwise.
